- Total Appointment Time: 50 minutes (30-minute hands on massage + 20-minutes for check out, recommendations, and room flip)

- Non-Member Price: $100
- Member Price: $85
- Total Appointment Time: 80 minutes (60-minute hands on massage + 20-minutes for check out, recommendations, and room flip)
90-Minute Massage
- Non-Member Price: $140
- Member Price: $120
- Total Appointment Time: 110 minutes (90-minute hands on massage + 20 minutes for check out, recommendations, and room flip)

A. Cancellation Policy and Fees
- Advance Notice Required: 24 hours prior to 60 min massage appointment time.
- Advance Notice Required: 48 hours prior to 90 min, Couples (TBA), or 4-Handed Massage (TBA) appointment time.
Wellness Program:
Late Cancellation Fee:
- 50% of the scheduled service price will be charged for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance.
No-Show Fee:
- 100% of the scheduled service price will be charged for missed appointments without any notice.
Fee Application:
- Fees will be charged to the credit card on file.
10-Minute Grace Period:
- Clients arriving within 10 minutes past the appointment time will receive the remaining time of their session.
Beyond 10 Minutes:
- Arrival after 10 minutes may result in rescheduling, and a Late Cancellation Fee may apply.
Full Charge:
- The full service fee will be charged despite shortened sessions due to late arrival.
C. Wellness Program Cancellation and Freeze Fees
Wellness Program Cancellation
Notice Requirement:
- 30 days email notice is required to cancel a wellness program.
Early Termination Fee:
- A fee of $50 applies if canceling within the first 3 months of wellness program.
Reactivation Fee:
- A $25 fee applies to reactivate a canceled wellness program if canceling within the first 3 months of wellness program.
Wellness Program Freeze
Allowed Freeze Duration:
- Varies by tier (e.g., up to 1 month per year for Tier 1).
Freeze Fee:
- No fee for freezing within allowed duration.
Extended Freeze:
- 50% of current tier rate per month fee for freezes beyond the allowed period.
Insufficient Funds Fee:
- A fee of $35 will be charged for returned checks or declined automatic payments.
Responsibility:
- Clients are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds and updating payment information.
Credit Card Processing Fee:
- No additional fees for credit card payments.
Gift Card Replacement Fee:
- $5 fee to replace lost or stolen gift cards.
Product Return Restocking Fee:
- 10% restocking fee applies to returned retail products, unless defective.
